This production model allows us to create products as orders are received and helps reduce unnecessary inventory and waste.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled once production has started, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.

2. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website or at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted or required by applicable law.

Payment must be completed through one of the available payment methods at checkout. An order will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because some of our products are made to order, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse, except where required by applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing or production error, or you receive the wrong item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Cy Twombly Prints is an independent store and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Cy Twombly, the artist’s estate, or any official representative, unless expressly stated otherwise. The artist’s name is used to identify the subject of the relevant artwork or products. Any use of artwork images remains subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

Because the appearance of artwork can be affected by screen settings, lighting, materials, printing techniques, and production processes, the final product may differ slightly from the way it appears on a digital screen.

Such variations do not automatically constitute a defect. However, this provision does not affect your rights if a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described.
